The Lisa Mcguigan Platinumclaudius Vegan Chardonnay 2019 is a delight for the senses. A light straw colour glints in the glass, inviting you to explore its aroma of juicy stone fruit, citrus and subtle notes of honey and vanilla. On the palate, flavours of white peach, nectarine and lemon zest are balanced by a creamy texture and crisp acidity, creating a pleasant finish. A great wine to enjoy by itself or accompany a meal.

Allandale from the Hunter Valley produce a lovely Chardonnay that has a great full body to it with nuances of peach and apricot and nice level of complexity due to the new American and French oak employed.

Rich stone fruit, with aromas of citrus. The palate has ripe grapefruit and clean finish.

The intention with this wine is to deliver a modern style of Hunter Semillon which offers outstanding early drinking appeal in combination with an ability to age over the short to medium term. The frame is still fine, but the flavours are more generous. Try with Sydney Rock Oysters!

In the glass: Pale pink. On the nose: Musk, nectarine, peach and white grapes. On the nose: Plump, soft and full of fruit with a sweet mix of stonefruit, guava and grapes, a gentle balancing spritz and lovely texture adding to its charm. A very well made Moscato and true to style.
