Old English-style cider. Fermented, not once, but twice for extra dryness, a softer mouth feel and extra complexity. Aging with oak for up to 3 months delivers body and a smooth clean finish. The dry acidity and tannin cut through big flavours, its a great one with food.

Co-fermented with Champagne Yeast. Pours with a fine carbonation and beading. No Sulphites, No Preservatives, 100% West Australian Apples. Really does it get any better? As producers of great beer, we didn’t do our cider by halves either. Granny Smiths add a crunchy acidity and the Pink Lady’s are the sweet balance. The Champagne yeast adds complexity and bready notes, whilst giving our cider its signature texture. Medium Dry, with a just enough sweetness.
