Aqua Vitae Modern Gin is as natural as it can get, and brings a flavour like no other.Translated from old Latin, aqua vitae means water of life, a term used for distilled spirits that originated in the Middle Ages. Reinvigorating the name called for reinvigorating the spirit.With a focus on local Tasmanian and Australian ingredients, some of which we harvest ourselves, Aqua Vitae challenges the heavy gins that dominate the Australian market, providing a modern, clean spirit that teases the palate with fresh, fruity, and floral notes. The imperial mandarin, eucalyptus, and lemon myrtle notes pair well with a light tonic and a slice of fresh peach or mandarin.

Our signature gin is craftfully made using 16 different ingredients which combined in our secret balance of flavours produces a delightfully tasting botanical gin. The Botanicals used include; Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Star Anise, Almonds, Cloves, Cardamom, Dill Tips, Ginger, Grains of Paradise, Black Pepper, Orris Root, Cinnamon, Angelica Root, Fresh Lime, Fresh Lemon and Fresh Orange.

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

Tara Pot Still Gin is the perfect expression of place, tradition, and heritage. Our striking blend of gently distilled botanicals includes traditional juniper, coriander, angelica, and local Australian pepperberry leaf, locally-foraged sea lettuce, native lemon myrtle, and macadamia. Distilled by Brogan herself, Everyday Salvation Gin is her Australian twist on the classic dry gin we all know. Packed with botanicals it is juniper forward with the crispness of fresh organic white grapefruit peel balanced against Australian cinnamon myrtle and native pepper berries results in a modern versatile gin great for any occasion. Tasting Note A Juniper forward punchy Australian Dry style gin. The dry citrus hit of coriander seeds is accentuated by organic white grapefruit peel, providing fresh zesty qualities of citrus with subtle hints of bitter lemon. Floral top notes of lavender, rose and orris root, with earthy undertones from angelica root presenting on the nose. The Australian native botanicals of sweet strawberry gum and hot pepper berry linger on the finish which is elongated by the nuttiness of roasted native wattle seed.

A gin that is ever changing and makes an exciting addition to any gin collection. The seasons are ever changing it could be Rhubarb, Cherry, Sloe Berry or Elder-flower. Depending on the season and the fresh produce we can grow on the farm or source locally. For our first seasonal release we have discovered Cumquats are magnificent in gin so we have infused them in our GiN with a limited number of bottles produced each time.

Born from the belief well-crafted things have no fear of time, this gin is made with equal parts expertise and attitude. It takes a lot of effort to realise, but both values are worth waiting for.
