This guys bringing Juniper, and lots of it! Weve done this by using Macedonian berries distilled on our very own Copper Pot Still, named Ron. Who better to compliment our Juniper than the delicate flavours of Strawberry and Mint, along with all the other usual suspects. Weve achieved this via new world techniques being a Rotary Evaporator, otherwise known as cold vacuum distillation. Boiled at 30 degrees my friends! Keeping all that fresh flavour in... Savoury, savoury, savoury! We've really explored what the rotovap can do with our take on a modern gin. We've added habanero and sunflower seed to create a relationship between fruit and savoury. The drink gets a good whack of spice from cinnamon and bayleaf then a touch of sweetness from passionfruit all of which is cold distilled maintaining freshness and vigour. On the still juniper has been macerated, distilled and vapour infused for maximum flavour which compliments and provides the back bone for the rest of the drink.The Modern Classic with a good tonic and wedge of lemon is nothing but exciting. I can not wait for you to experience the pull between the sunflower seed and quinine, the cinnamon hit, citrus and perfectly balance juniper backbone we've so painstakingly balanced. Created to capture as purely as possible the essence of the Australian summer garden, this is the original Garden Grown Gin (formerly called Distillery Botanica Gin). The French perfumers' time-honoured technique of enfleurage is used to extract the delicate scent and flavour from the hero botanical Murraya. It along with Chamomile, Sage, Rose, Angelica, Orris Root and of course Juniper bring this floral gin alive. On the nose, there are hints of jasmine, sweet honeysuckle and orange blossom.

A gin that is ever changing and makes an exciting addition to any gin collection. The seasons are ever changing it could be Rhubarb, Cherry, Sloe Berry or Elder-flower. Depending on the season and the fresh produce we can grow on the farm or source locally. For our first seasonal release we have discovered Cumquats are magnificent in gin so we have infused them in our GiN with a limited number of bottles produced each time.

Inspired by the flavours of South East Asia, fresh makrut (keffir) lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass and kumquats alongside more traditional ingredients such as juniper,coriander, angelica and orris are used in the distilling process. Jungle Gin's bright aromatics work wonderfully with a dry tonic garnished with a lime leaf, yet equally well in any citrus forward cocktail.

To create this Raspberry gin, whole Raspberries were added to the finished Gin to macerate for 7 days providing a vibrant pink hue and luscious Raspberry character. Alongside more traditional botanicals, strawberry gum and earl grey tea were distilled to complement the raspberries. Boatrocker Raspberry Gin provides a modern twist to a classic G&T (feel free to garnish with fresh or freeze dried raspberries), alternatively, make a 'Pinky' Tom Collins by using Boatrocker Miss Pinky Raspberry Berliner Weisse instead of Soda water!

An award winner, this tripled distilled in a copper pot and macerated for 3 days using 14 Australian native botanicals (plus one non-native). The navy strength is a citral driven Gin that has been tricked up with lemon-scented gum, ginger and pepper berry.
