Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.

Bright pale yellow, there is nothing Innocent about this Pinot Gris! An extremely well made wine with distinct pear and freshly cut green apple slice on the nose followed by similar varietal characters on the palate. It is satisfyingly crisp with great acidity structure to be one of the great summer enjoyment.

Pristine Pinot Gris fruit is sourced and blended for this wine from two vineyards, one in King Valley and the other from the cool sub region of Whitlands High Plateau. On the nose Nashi pear and citrus, over Johnny red apple and subtle spice jump out of the glass.
