Fresh and energetic chardy from Victoria’s High Country. Nutty, a little savoury and cheesy in parts, but with zippy stone fruit acidity that bristles on the palate. This is a wonderful example of high altitude brightness that doesn’t become overly lean or stingy. Nectarine, whole lemon, apricot, white peach - this has got it all. Complex and generous chardy under fifteen bucks? Sounds like a steal to me.

Predominantly from the family estate vineyard at Moyhu on the King River with two other small vineyards.

Fiano is one of the newer Italian arrivals on the scene and we couldn’t be happier that it’s here. Fiano is a versatile grape and suits a lot of growing conditions, from the Mediterranean climate of McLaren Vale to the alpine freshness of the King Valley. This KV example is a touch lighter and brighter than what you’d get from the Vale - sitting closer to grigio than say, viognier. There is still heaps of fruit and florals in this wine and acid to accompany all sorts of foods - though no doubt best with something southern Italian.

This blend is unique to Brown Brothers. Orange Muscat is the flavour powerhouse bringing orange blossom to the nose and citrus to the palate. Flora contributes texture and mouth feel on the palate.

Pinot Grigio from New Zealands Hawkes Bay wine region. Livley and floral upfront with balanced fruit and a thin film of acidity to round out an exceptionally refreshing wine.

Another terrific white wine to come from New Zealands Marlborough winemaking region. Fresh apple, pear and mandarin flavours with a little touch of spice make this a great match for a coconut and coriander packed curry.

Oh yeah. Don't miss out on this sexy, slippery wine exuding lychees, nuts and nashi pears (and yes we do believe there's a difference nashis are light and crisp while still having a depth of sweet fruit flavour). Our Pinot Gris from the Blind River region brings alluring aromas of yellow stone fruits, fresh pear and a hint of mango with ginger spice. An enticing wine with juicy moreish finish. Off-dry style.

Colour: Pale straw, lemon hues and green tinge. Aromas: Orchard fruit, pears and apple blossom. Palate: Full flavoured yet light bodied. A fine, dry, mineral palate with notes of white peach and citrus.

Prosecco Spritz is best enjoyed with great friends, a large wine glass, ice and a generous orange segment. For food, share plates are best. Think Szechuan pepper seafood bites with a wasabi mayonnaise. Charcuterie with sun dried tomatoes and marinated artichokes.
