The wine is ready for immediate drinking but also has excellent potential for careful cellaring up to 10+ years.

It's a bit of a mouthful to pronounce, but this stunning Hunter Valley Chardonnay has subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. A rich fruit palate combines with the creamy texture from time in French oak, finishing with lingering peach flavours. A perfect example of modern Hunter Chardonnay.

De Iuiis Hunter Valley Semillon has lifted tropical fruits and citrus characters that dominate the aroma, while excellent natural acidity adds balance and length of flavour.

The warm and dry 2017 vintage allowed perfectly ripe fruit to be harvested. The red plum and black cherry aromas lead to a fruit driven and softly textured palate with background vanillin and spice from oak barrel maturation.

Aged for just 3 months in old French oak, this results in a medium bodied wine with flavours of mulberries, plums and cherries, and soft sweet tannins.
