White peach, pear and green apple aromas. Super-dry with a tight core of lemon, lime and grapefruit, tightly-wound acidity, creamy mousse and a zippy finish. This Shiraz Pinot red blend from the Hunter Valley was made from hand harvested grapes, and then whole berry fermented without stalks. The fruit flavours have been enhanced by gentle winemaking techniques. Aged for just 3 months in old French oak, this results in a medium bodied wine with flavours of mulberries, plums and cherries, and soft sweet tannins.
