Turkish Delight is a famous middle eastern dessert that has provided the inspiration for this unique Gin. Rose Petals are vapour infused to collect rose water, the core ingredient of the traditional treat. Taking this to the next level of flavour Juniper has been combined with a complimentary group of botanicals, to provide a spiced warmth and an elegant finish. Finally, hibiscus is infused to complete the flavour balance and develop the brilliant colour to this show-stopping drop of Gin.

Our Honey Coconut Gin is steeped in fresh Castlemaine Honey straight from the beekeeper. Adding toasted coconut this traditional combination is complemented by a hint of fig and warm spices. A 100% rye made in Brunswick, Melbourne from all-Australian grain grown in the Mallee. Following double distillation the whisky is matured in a two-storey tall bespoke solera system composed of new American oak and x Australian wine barrels.
