Its a lovely start to a conversation crisp, delicate red fruits, elegantly sophisticated and lingering.We use 82 per cent cabernet franc and 18 per cent merlot. We wanted to produce the best rosé we could, and chose to make one in the style of a Chinon cabernet franc rosé of the Loire Valley in France, which are among the greatest rosé wines.Its delicious on its own, and versatile as it pairs well with everything from delicately prepared seafood to sweet roast duck.

Our 2021 Rosé is a Saignée style Rosé. Saignée refers to the act of bleeding juice from crushed red grapes. The bleeding of the juice yields a pale coloured juice that is perfect for the production of flavoursome fuller style rose wines. Fermentation followed by a brief period of time on lees has delivered a perfect summer style drink.

Aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberries and cherry explode from the glass, and these characters are reinforced on the dry palate that is rich and soft with an abundance of flavour. The nose is vibrant with lifted aromas of spring and summer red fruits; raspberries, strawberries, cherries with hints of rose petal and Turkish delight. The palate is rich with flavours of maraschino cherries, balanced with delicate hints of rose water. The natural fruit sweetness of this wine is balanced by a lively mineral acidity and a dash of savoury spice. Early ripening Shiraz on sandy loam from our most Northern site. Harvested at a lower Baume to create a light pretty style with natural acidity. Harvested in the cool of the night. The grapes were crushed and held on skins until the ideal colour extraction had been achieved before being lightly pressed under inert conditions. Fermented in stainless steel vessels. Yeast strains that promote the natural berry characters were selected. Cool fermentation temperatures. The final blend was given a light fining before being filtered and prepared for bottling.

Credaro are a titan of West Australian wine production. This rosé speaks to that consistent quality. Fleshy red apple and red berry fruits with tropical guava freshness mixed in. A bit of creaminess fills out the palate and there is spiced nuance throughout. Savoury and herbaceous but packed full of fruity freshness. Perfect for any occasion, any time of year.

A lovely modern Rosé with attractive crunchy red fruits and refreshing acidity making it a perfect all-rounder with Asian food, but equally good on its own.Pale salmon pink. Strawberry, watermelon and a hint of rosemary. Slightly sweet palate entry offset by zesty lemon-lime acidity, with a bright core of red berries and background stonefruit, and terrific purity throughout. Very well made.

This beautiful wine has a palate is juicy fresh and fine with raspberry and cherry flavours. A touch of residual sweetness is balanced with a lingering acidity and lively spritz, which combines to provide a long seamless palate.

Flinders Bay Rose is a fruit, fresh, and vibrant rose with a delicious cherry aroma. Raspberries and strawberries dominate with hints of subtle spice. The palate is slightly sweet with a crisp and slightly dry finish. Flinders Bay Karridale Vineyard, 45km south of Margaret River township, is very close to Flinders Bay. Its climate is distinctly cooler than in the north of the region. Scientific data has found that Karridale is the coolest grape growing region in Western Australia.

This wine is a great expression of the modern international style in Rosé. Palest of salmon pink, this delicate and expressive Rosé exhibits pure aromas of wild strawberry and white florals. The palate displays ripe fruit and is finished bone dry.
