Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling. Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate. A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.
