Bovin Ana-Marija Rose
Ana Marija from Bovin is dry rose wine produced from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon that undergoes a short cold maceration from which delicate intense rosé color is obtained. The nose is full of roses, wild strawberry cherry and pomegranate. Although there is a touch of residual sugar on the mid palate fresh fruits underpin balancing the sweetness. The attractive mix of fragrances the freshness yet mid sweetness makes it an ideal summer drink. It is best when combined with white cheese, salads and cold dishes,fish and shellfish, or it can accompany with fruity cake.To be served at 8-10°C
Rabbit Ranch Rosé
This lovely, light pink coloured wine was crafted using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Fragrances of fresh and floral candied fruits flow off the aromatic nose, effortlessly fusing with the dry and refreshing palate full of Pinot Noir flavours. Cool mineral acidity balances these elements, leading to a long and satisfactory finish. Pair this delightful Rose with light salads, rice, pasta and goat cheese.
Il Villagio Nero d'Avola
This a dark and broody Nero DAvola with lifted aromatics and plush fruit flavours. Plum, blackberry and black cherry richness with supporting milk chocolate, brown spices and garden herb complexity. The wine has a plushness of berries but finishes long and dry with savoury notes and freshness of acidity. The tannins are soft yet apparent and certainly in support to deliver both very food friendly wine and an easy one to like on its own.
Affentaler Spätburgunder Rosé
A fine copper-colored Pinot Noir Rosé, with a ripe dense aroma of red berries and cherry. A powerful, full-bodied wineAround 1250, the Cistercians began cultivating Pinot Noir in the Affental. Affentals unique name derives from a pilgrimage chapel, which stood near the grapevines. In support of the pilgrims Ave Maria the valley was known as Ave Tal (Ave Valley) in the local vernacular, from which todays Affental (Valley of the monkeys) evolved. The origin of the Affental Wine Cooperative dates back to the year 1908. At the time, 24 winegrowers founded the Natural Winegrowing Association of Affental. From this, todays Affental Viticultural Cooperative was created over the years with approximately 240 hectares of vineyards.
