Derived from premier wine regions in South Australia, this fresh Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is packed with vibrant tropical fruit aromas such as passionfruit, with subtle notes of lime and blossom, and hints of herbal tea. The zest gives it backbone that provides structure and length on the palate. Have it with poached or steamed delicate fish such as tuna or trout to compliment the seafood’s fresh flavours. Ideal for those summer outdoor garden parties.

A well priced Chardonnay offering great value. Softly toasted oak with tropical hints of white peach and lively citrus followed by vibrant stone fruits with a hint of buttery toast and lemon curd on the palate. Pair with Pork tenderloin with an apple cider reduction, or a Caesar salad with grilled chicken and shaved parmesan. The Bulloak range draws its name from the majestic stand of Bulloak (Buloke) trees located at our Zilzie property, providing a scenic backdrop to our vineyards and winery. With a commitment to preserving the land, the Forbes family generously returned this area to the Department of Sustainability & Environment. This act safeguards not only the Bulloak trees but also the region’s rich natural diversity, ensuring a legacy for generations to come. Zilzie wines is a certified member of the sustainable winegrowing Australia. This bottle is made using lighter weight glass, which is better for the environment than a standard wine bottle.
