Pure Margaret River Cabernet ripe redcurrant with a touch of cassis and mulberry overlaid by leafy, violet aromas and dusty cedar notes. Richness, softness and length of flavour are features of all our Cabernets from this vintage. The wine has remarkable mid-palate fruit flavour and richness while still showing the freshness, fineness and acidity for which Margaret River Cabernet is renowned.

This Cabernet Merlot exhibits ripe cassis, dark chocolate and licorice aromas. High notes of cedary oak and bay leaf add further complexity. The palate unfolds in a myriad of layers of ripe blackcurrant and red fruit interwoven with savoury oak. The long and flavoursome finish is well supported by dry and fine grained tannins.

Grape variety - 100% Shiraz. Oak maturation - Portions of old and new French oak for 15 months. Colour - Medium-deep red with purple hue. This Deep Wood wine displays ripe berries and cassis aromas with distinctive cedary oak and crush mint leave. On the palate, this Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, unfolds in the complex layers of red fruit with black olive nuances further enhanced by subtle savoury oak. The fine tannins gives it a great lengthy finish. A wine, which will be enjoyable now over dinner with family and friends. Or provided with an ideal cellaring condition, this Deep Wood Cabernet blend will blossom further up to five to seven years.

This wonderfully elegant Shiraz shows intense, pristine, blackberry fruit and ripe, silky tannins. It almost has a Pinot Noir elegance to it and, luckily, the quality of future vintages will only be getting better too as Voyager's new clones come on line.

An authentic style of Tempranillo with well resolved tannins and great length of flavour. Some new American oak maturation has imparted a rich toasty vanillin oak note to balance the spicy cherry fruit and earthy flavours of the variety.

Made in the contemporary style, Marchand & Burch Rosé flaunts a luminescent sunstone colour with light pink tinges. The wine's bouquet exudes aromas of strawberry coulis and cream. The silky palate shows flavours of red berries and peach. The saline, chalky and savoury notes provide length as well as a fine drying balance to the wine's finish. All in all, it's a gentle wine, perfectly layered with subtle complexities to be explored. This Rose pairs very well with light pastas, seafood and goat cheese.

This wine is a classic expression of cool climate Shiraz with notes of black plums, wild blueberries and sweet spice with a long, elegant finish of fine, silky tannins.
