Devil's Lair The Hidden Cave is a concept from a Margaret River icon that showcases the daring with a twist of exoticism. The Cabernet Shiraz delivers aromas mocha, coffee and cassis with a hint of star anise. Tobacco leaf is also present which gives way to a rich and voluptuous palate of blackberries and dark chocolate. A truly engaging blend.

The Wines in the Alexander's Vineyard range represent the essence of what Margaret River Winemaking is all about. Their Shiraz is full of rich aromas of sweet berry fruits, mocha, vanilla, spice and cracked pepper followed by a full flavoured body. Finished with soft tannins with hints of chocolate.

Loaded with aromas of blueberries, plums and raspberry pastilles, the wine has an alluring charm with licorice and savoury spice notes adding intrigue. The palate exhibits juicy dark plum and sweet red berry flavours with underlying hints of white pepper, and whilst the palate is well supported by seasoned French oak, the tannins are soft, round and fleshy.

A deep crimson red which opens with the classical Margaret River nose...fresh varietal notes of bright berried fruits, briar and sea spray, followed by wafts of chocolate and mocha with subtle spiced oak aromas. A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and well-structured palate line. 'Pure and fragrant, expect a nose layered with cassis, blackcurrant, leaf and dusty spice rack spices, while in your mouth it's pure, beautifully structured, fine and dry. Like a smooth jam session, this wine is a rich medley of ripe plums, red berries and lovely spice flavours with a long lingering finish.

This bold Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted using premium fruit parcels sourced from lush vineyards in the Margaret River wine region. The grapes were picked at perfect tannin ripeness, fermented, and aged for a period of 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels. The resulting dry red wine displays an inky red / purple colour, and exudes vibrant aromas and flavours of blackberries and dried leaves. This full flavoured palate combines with finely structured tannins to provide a textured and captivating finish. This elegant wine can be cellared for a decade from vintage. Pair it with dishes like braised beef short ribs, garlic chicken wings, and zucchini gratin with tomato confit, to fully appreciate its satisfying flavours.

Pure Margaret River Cabernet ripe redcurrant with a touch of cassis and mulberry overlaid by leafy, violet aromas and dusty cedar notes. Richness, softness and length of flavour are features of all our Cabernets from this vintage. The wine has remarkable mid-palate fruit flavour and richness while still showing the freshness, fineness and acidity for which Margaret River Cabernet is renowned.

Fruit tannin and bold flavours of mulberries and wet slate. A focused core of fine textures and glazed cherries culminates in a mineral and persistent finish.

Wonderful garnet red colour showing aromas of red and blackberries and cedar on the nose. Rich forest fruits and licks of vanillin oak on the palate. Hand plunged in open topped fermenters, with nine months in seasoned French oak barriques.
