This is lifted with red fruits including cherry, strawberry and dark fruits as well as some charry oak. The palate is youthful and fresh with some savoury characters as well as intense berry fruit that dares you to have another glass.

This Cabernet Merlot exhibits ripe cassis, dark chocolate and licorice aromas. High notes of cedary oak and bay leaf add further complexity. The Raconteur is sourced from Carl Linder's 80 year old Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard located in the Barossa Valley; these old vines are hand harvested and made using traditional techniques by Vinaceous contract winemaker Elena Brooks (Dandelion Vineyards). The wine is matured in oak and selected by Vinaceous Winemakers Mike Kerrigan and Nick Stacy and sent to West Cape Howe Wine (WA) for finishing, fining, blending and bottling by Vinaceous. Howard Park Miamup Rosé is crafted from 55% Shiraz and 45% Pinot Noir. Flaunting a shining rose gold colour, this mesmerising Rose opens with fruity notes of strawberries and peach swirled with cream. These ripe berry and early season stone fruit flavours offer gentle sweetness and crispness to the palate. Oak maturation gives a soft mineral texture while adding weight and complexity to the wine. This modern, stylish, dry and delicate rosé is a great summer drink, tasting best paired with grilled fish or goat cheese.

The ripe grapes used to produce Credaro 5 Tales Shiraz were destemmed, moved to static tanks, and immediately inoculated with a yeast strain. The resulting wine shows a lively crimson red colour, and exudes lifted aromas of mulberries, sweet vanilla and mocha hints from its mesmerising nose. These fragrances make way for a soft palate offering cherry and dark plum flavours. Balanced by fine tannins, the juicy palate culminates in a finale marked by creamy oak nuances. This intense red wine can be cellared for 5 to 8 years from vintage to develop bottle aged flavours. Drink it with sausage rolls, beef and quince stew, or chocolate pavlova to appreciate its intense berry flavours to the fullest.
