Melbourne Gin Company Dry Gin shows a lovely combination of earthy spices dominated by cinnamon and sandalwood giving bold voice to the fresh backbone of lemon myrtle, grapefruit and orange zest. Rosemary and juniper show the classic gin flavours with a creamy palate and a smooth lingering finish.

This unique flavoured Gin provides a hint of juniper to start off and then the intensity of the other flavours start to come through. Produced in small batches utilising grape spirit, the 78 Degrees Gin is vapour distilled using our unique column and basket distillation method, to retain delicate flavours and aromas.

Our tropical take on a traditional sloe gin; swapping sloe berries for locally grown Far North Queensland Davidson Plums. The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness.
