Wynns The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon
A relatively new addition to the Wynns stable to compliment the Coonawarra Cabernet Shiraz Merlot and the Coonawarra Shiraz, The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon brings lovely varietal and regional character in a Cabernet that is approachable on release, but also benefits from a few years in the medium term cellar. According to chief winemaker, Sue Hodder, The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon aims to deliver a leading affordable Cabernet that showcases exceptional varietal and region characteristics of red cherry, mint and dark berry flavours, while an array of gentle tannins will further reward from short to medium term cellaring.
McWilliams Stuart McWilliam Cabernet Sauvignon
McWilliams Stuart McWilliam is classically structured, with lifted aromas of vibrant blackberry and redcurrant fruits. Hints of vanillin French oak bring both length and intensity to this Cabernet Sauvignon.
Cradle Cabernet Sauvignon
Cradle Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark red colour with a vibrant appearance that matches its aroma. Notes of fresh mocha, caramel and blackberries dominate. The palate is smooth and well balanced with tones of coffee and hints of chocolate. The careful integration of new French oak and older American oak are evident and give rise to the overall length, balance and finish. This wine whilst drinking beautifully now will also cellar extremely well over the seven to ten years.
