Taminga is a variety that has been created to suit the warm conditions of the Murray Darling and it's right at home in this Botrytis style by Trentham. Lifted citrus on the palate with a luscious and lingering palate of apricot and toffee.

Teusner Albert Shiraz is made from old vines in the northern Barossa; rich black fruits and tarry cassis with smoky undertones, the finish is long and luscious. Could easily be cellared for the medium term.

The Noble One by De Bortoli is considered Australia's premier dessert wine, and for obvious reasons. The 2002 Noble One is a classic expression of the style with rich apricot treacle characters with fig and orange blossom still active on the nose and palate. Château Filhot is set amongst the woods and fields of Sauternes and is one of the most beautiful estates in the region. No oak is used in the production of Filhot, only glass-fibre vats that contribute to the elegant structure of the wines, rarely becoming the uncious and full bodied wines that generally have a higher proportion of Semillon. The Filhot from the 2009 vintage is dominated by a subtle nutty note, most prominantly almond.
