Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial, with its perfect balance of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier has become one of the world's most-loved Champagnes. With a mild, wet winter followed by a very dry spring, 2014 proved to be full of surprises and variable weather. Broad and well-structured on entry, the palate is perfectly balanced and complemented by some saline and fresh raspberry notes.

Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame is name in honour of the famed and undoubted Champagne pioneer, widow Clicquot. Widowed at the tender age of 28, Madame Clicquot continued her late husband's work and is the sole reason why her Champagne house is held in the high esteem that it is today. The 1998 La Grande Dame is a wine of pure beauty and power. A majority blend of Pinot Noir, the vintage conditions are clearly visible in the glass with flavours of peach, apricot and touch of brioche and nuttiness. A true classic for the ages.

Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve is one of the most popular of all non vintage Champagnes. Billecart is renowned for its purity of fruit and fine, elegant structure. A beautiful aperitif style. This unique champagne from Henri Abele has a beautiful salmon-pink hue, which opens to powerful red fruit aromas, gradually giving way to spicy notes. Delicate on entry to the palate, the Pinot Noir comes through beautifully, revealing a powerful, robust and supple champagne. The complex, long-lingering finish completes the balance of this outstanding cuve, ideal for those very special occasions.

This unique cuvee is respectfully composed of the three champenois grape varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Entirely vinified in oak, Sous Bois (under wood) totally masters the art of blending by renewing the ancestral spirit and savoir-faire of the original Champagnes. The nose contains defined aromatics of dry fruits and fresh citrus, coupled with finely buttered seductive notes that expresses the mature complexity linked to the vinification in oak barrels. The palate is bursting with flavours of grilled brioche, vanilla and toffee, complimenting the refreshing texture and exceptional finish.

This is our first of the MacAnn Sparkling series. 'MacAnn' is after our founders – my parents Mac & Ann – who discovered the Margaret River in the early 80s and fell in love with our vineyard in 1997. Bursting to say hello and invite you for banter, MacAnn Sparkling is a wine for celebrations and especially when celebrating life. MacAnn Sparkling is made from Semillon with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc in the traditional method. The grapes were picked in the early morning on 15th March 2019 and battonaged weekly for two months to make the sparkling base wine. Then into bottle on the 25th July on lees for 15 months. Disgorged on the 27th October 2020 with 4g/L.
