Unique to Old Kempton Distillery Lavender Malt contains a blend of three pure ingredients Tasmanian mountain water, Tasmanian lavender and malted barley. This secret recipe is combined through our copper stills in the heart of Tasmania to create a delicious liqueur with hints of honey, spice and, of course, lavender. Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Seacliff vodka is handcrafted from barley, grown in the nutrient rich, red earth soils of the fertile Riverina region. By having complete oversight of the inputs that go into the vodka, it is possible to create a delicately smooth vodka.
