Meres is one of the single vineyard Pinot Noirs from Kooyong Estate in the Mornington Peninsula. It takes its name from the ponds spotted around the vineyards which are also known as 'Meres'. It is the most pristine and elegant of the single block wines made by Pinot maestro, Sandro Mosele.
Yarra Yering Light Dry Red Pinot Shiraz
This delightful Yarra Valley Light Red Blend is 50% Shiraz, 50% Pinot Noir, and is beautifully robust yet soft and generous. In the glass: Medium red purple. On the nose: Beautifully perfumed black cherry, blood plum, whole bunch spice and peppery lift. On the palate: Elegant yet powerful with a fine web of tannins underpinning the complex mixof silken red and black fruit. It features notes of clove and five spice with bright acidity.

Levantine Hill Estate Pinot Noir
This savoury Pinot Noir is the result of an assemblage of twelve individual batches sourced from our Maroondah Highway vineyard. Subtle aromas of rhubarb, violets, earth, chervil, mace, leather, pencil shavings & cocoa nib with a stemmy note contributed by fermention with stalks. The composed elegant palate exhibits strawberry, tamarind & peach stone tartness from ingrained natural acidity, softly spreading fruit weight & sweeping talc-like tannins.
