95 Block Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby red in colours and very perfumed. Ripe Cabernet fruitalongside smooth cedar Bright and fruit driven, the addition of Petit Verdot brings a slightly floral nature. Ample tannins. Smooth finish.

Sharktooth is an apt name of this wonderfully balanced wine. Razor sharp flavours of dark mulberry and blackcurrant are sliced by a freshness and vibrancy not often seen in full-bodied wines from McLaren Vale. A high quality wine from the first whiff of the bouquet through to the long finish...has a tapestry of flavours from the base of Cabernet...all supported by persistent but ripe tannins, the oak absorbed by the fruit. Winning the prestigious Decanter International Trophy, we snaffled as much of this wine as we could. Very limited.
