They love telling stories, and each of their wine labels reveals details about the vineyard, variety, region or history.

This Shiraz is dark red with amazing purple hues, it has aromas of blackberry and pepper, and is a flavour bomb of sweet black fruit.

This wine is extremely fragrant, revealing aromas of fresh raspberries, maraschino cherries and peppery spices. The palate is medium bodied with flavours of juicy berries and soft tannins with exotic subtleties of pomogranate and rose. Matches perfectly well with slow cooked casseroles, stews and tomato-based dishes like spaghetti Bolognese.

Deep and bright colours with a purple hue, the Optimist Shiraz also offers aromas of lifted satsuma plum, raspberry, violet flower, with a hint of cherry oak. The palate is bursting with bright fresh blue fruits, a rich middle palate with lots of satsuma plum and dark cherries. The Barossa Ink Shiraz is intense purple red in colour with great density. The bouquet is rich with plum, raspberries and dark cherries, with underlying hints of dark chocolate, coffee bean, and spice. This super rich, full bodied wine has a sensual palate offering plenty of texture, fine velvet tannins and soft, round dark fruit flavours.
