Delicate and gentle notes of cooler climate fruits fill the nose; wet stones, chalk, fine citrus zest and orange blossom. The palate is lissom and has a mineral water like weight as citrus fruits mingle with toasted nut-meal and caramel. A fine and soft acidity retains levity and gives length and crispness to finish this Chardonnay by Marchand and Burch.

Sourced from selected vineyard sites across Tasmania, this Jansz Tasmania Special Release Rosé 2016 is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This Rosé is crafted from hand-picked grapes that are gently whole bunch pressed before cool fermentation.This pretty pink wine showcases the fresh house style of Jansz Tasmania, whilst showcasing the beguiling aromatics inherent to Tasmanian sparkling Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the hero variety with delicious flavours of strawberries and cream, rose petals and musk being predominant. The palate is creamy and textured, whilst retaining an elegant vibrancy and freshness.

Yabby Lake Chardonnay is a fine, elegantly structured Chardonnay which is still developing. Subtle, toasty oak provides a background for the citrus and white peach flavours and the acidity lingers and extends the finish.

This Multi Vintage Exceptionnelle exhibits a light straw/green hue in the glass, with a fine persistent mousse. On the nose it delivers vibrant citrus and stone fruits which are complemented by layers of creamy complexity. The palate offers a crisp acidity and a concentration of rich and balanced lemon curd and lime which draw the wine through to a delicious and extended finish.

This Georg Jensen Hallmark Cuvýe is a 'designer' sparkling wine created as a collaboration between the renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen, and cool climate Heemskerk wines in Tasmania. It's presented with an elegantly crafted closure that can be used as a bottle stopper. The sparkling itself is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from premium vineyards to produce a wine of elegance and persistence. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.

A by House of Arras Premium Cuvee has a complex and inviting aroma with nuances of forest floor, nougat, exotic spice and lanolin. The palate has opulent flavours reminiscent of lychee, butter sauteed mushroom, natural yoghurt and fresh oyster.

Single block Riesling from our East Coast Hazards vineyard. The Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Lightly battered whiting fillets seared with a garden salad and a lime vinaigrette would be perfect. As would a roasted lemon infused chicken with an Asian slaw. Ten Minutes By Tractor was the result of a the coming together of a series of journeys that began about 30 years ago. Centred around 3 vineyards that are approximately 10 minutes by tractor apart, the winery is now synonymous with terroir driven wines perfectly suited to Mornington Peninsula. Their estate Chardonnay is a wonderful modern interpretation of the variety with layers of complexity and fruit weight balanced by the ever present acid line that runs through the core of this fantastic wine.
