Forester Estate Chardonnay is a refreshing fruit-driven wine. Pale lemon green in colour with intense roasted nuts, honey, ripe peach and a hint of smoky oak with lingering MLF on the nose. It is medium body with similar profile from the nose. Classic acidity structures with a toasty yet deliciously creamy finish.

A sophisticated sparkling wine with intensity, complexity and vibrancy revealing a pinot noir dominated blend, with tasting notes adding complex aromas of warm spices and red berries balanced by delicate acidity, resulting in a refined wine with powerful length.

Poole's Rock Chardonnay gives refreshing zesty flavours, lime juice, lemon zest, lemon grass, green melon, kiwi fruit with a lingering mineral line down the palate, a fresh mouth watering aftertaste.

Hungerford Hill Chardonnay displays citrus aromas with nuances of nectarine, seasoned spicy oak and minerality on the nose. There is complex layers on the palate compose of great length of acidity balanced by nutty French oak flavours and lees characters.

Josef Chromy's Pinot Gris delivers a fresh, zesty flavour profile of ripe apricot, pear and subtle hints of ginger. The grapes are harvested quite ripe in order to give the palate its full, rich weight and texture with a beautifully balanced, lingering zesty finish. A great pairing with a Risotto or Calamari.

The Josef Chromy Sauvignon Blanc provides aromas of ripe lychee and sweet gooseberry with fresh herbaceous notes. The palate is soft and full with flavours of lychee, elderflower and lemongrass.

These flavors from Kendall - Jackson Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay, delicately intertwine with aromas of vanilla and honey to create depth and balance throughout. This wine, Freycinet's junior Pinot Noir, reveals liveliness and youthfulness in its colour, aroma and flavours. Similar winemaking techniques are utilized as for their renowned Freycinet Pinot Noir. Fully ripened fruit from their Louis vineyard site is fermented over a 7 to 8 day period in a rotary fermenter. A pure yeast culture is added and the ferment temperature is allowed to peak at 32 degrees. After gently extracting colour, flavour and tannins from the skins the wine is pressed and matured in French oak barriques (8% new) for 12 months prior to bottling.
