Langmeil Rough Diamond Grenache
Rosenvale Vineyards Vine Vale Road Shiraz
This is serious shiraz, mofo. Coming from one of our favourite Barossa producers who were established well over 100 years ago! As for this particular wine, after the grapes are picked at perfect ripeness to give voluptuous fruit quality, which sees a couple of years in new and seasoned French oak barrels. The resulting wine is dark and deep, with blueberries, spice and a touch of white pepper on the nose. The palate is full of fine tannins and rich red cherries and plums. It’s not just a mofo fave - it’s an all round consumer fave bringing in an impressive 4.1 rating on Vivino; Certainly not something you see every day. Calling all Aussie red lovers, this one should catch your attention!

Patrick Of Coonawarra P Series Limestone Coast Shiraz
We are a small team at Patrick of Coonawarra, making award winning wine from our estate grown vineyards within the Limestone Coast of South Australia. We produce product of passion, perseverance, people & place. Tasting Note: This Shiraz builds mouthfeel and rich fruit flavour, with medium bodied tannin complexity. It is a wonderfully round, complex wine that has all the hallmarks of a classic Australian Red. Winemaker’S Note: From our nothern block in Wrattonbully. Aged in predominantly older oak to ensure the richness of fruit is preserved and minimal tannin is absorbed. Vintage Note: A warm October and November advanced budburst andflowering by about two weeks earlier than average.March then saw more stable and mild conditionswhich allowed for a slower finish to the season andensured enough time for tannins to ripen and flavourto develop.

The length is good to very good, with the pepper and green notes echoing on the finish. Paring with Food: Real meatness Drinks: 2022 – 2024. Chill lightly Expert Comments: by Michael Gobel, John Szabo, MS and David Lawrason, of WineAligh From cool climate, sandy limestone soil and sea-proximate and breezy location. Polished and composed; speaks in clear, succinct and knowable varietal tones, the kicks into high acid gear while real meatness prevails, a solid drop no doubt; The joy is all in the fresh blackberry-cassis fruit.
