Wynns' tribute to the emerging Italian varietals making theirmark on Australia's Limestone Coast. Spicy, citrusy Fiano leads the style with Pinot Grigio and Arneis adding weight and hints of perfume. Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Cabernet is a finely balanced mixture of ripe dark fruits and fine texture. The Limestone Coast offers fruit of intensity with ripe dark berry flavours and outstanding freshness. Finishing in Scotch Whisky barrels has softened the tannin profile whilst adding a slight cherry, crème brûlée edge, due to the heavy toast to the barrels.

Classic Borossa Chardonnay. Rich flavours of stonefruit and melon with lifted citrus aromas. Secondary ferment and maturation in French oak hogsheads adds subtle complexity and full mouthfeel.

Later harvested Barossa fruit allows the ripe honeydew melon and white peach flavours to shine, complemented by delightful honeysuckle and lime aromas. Our winemakers believe that truly great wines are made in the vineyard. They work closely with local grape growers to capture the individual essence of each site, to create excellent wines that express a sense of place. From the cool climate of Tasmania here's a magnificent example of Pinot Grigio at its Australian finest. Ninth Island Pinot Grigio is full bodied with a lifted bouquet of exotic fruits like banana and pear. Refreshingly balanced by crisp acidity. Great price for such high quality and a wonderful introduction to the new 'it' variety.

Tar & Roses Pinot Grigio is is a lovely expression of the variety with aromas of pear, stone fruit and honeysuckle. Crisp and medium-bodied, the flavours of quince and spice are framed by clean acidity.
