The grapes for the Winton Road Riesling are carefully harvested from selected older vineyards in the Barossa and Eden Valley. The Barossa winemaking history dates back to the 1840s with Riesling wines being brought to the region by the German and Silesian settlers. These low yielding Riesling vines give structure to the palate while maintaining its refreshing acidity and complementing the fruit and floral characters in the wine. A bright lemon colour with aromas of apple blossom, mandarin zest and wet stone. A structured Riesling with great intensity. One of the best value Margaret River Chardonnays out there. Michael Kerrigan is doing an amazing job producing Chardonnays of elegance. Hay Shed Hill has delicate grapefruit and stone fruit flavours on the palate. And these flavours are matched with fine, minerally acidity with suble oak towards the finish.

Devil's Corner Chardonnay shows some up-front ripe stone fruit, citrus characters and hint of subtle spiciness. It shows excellent flavour intensity with great persistence and a refreshing finish.

This distinctly delicate and ethereal aromatic variety marries harmoniously with our full-flavoured terroir characteristics, typical of all Persuini white wines, which originate from their hillside site and our rigorous cultivation techniques. The grapes were harvested by hand and gently pressed in a pneumatic press, and cooled during the process with dry ice. With the use of specially selected yeasts the vinification took place in modern stainless steel tanks with the temperature of fermentation controlled below 20° C. For the following 6 months the wine was left in contact with the fine lees. The wine has not gone through malolactic fermentation, in the effort to retain the original fruit aromas. Colour: A brilliant straw yellow. Nose: Our wine is perhaps more reminiscent of the Alsace style of Pinot Gris than it is to the greener, lighter Italian style. Its perfume is distinctly tropical, with a pronounced banana and passion fruit quality. Palate: Full bodied, with a fragrant tropical fruitiness. With its pronounced acid structure it cleanses the palate, and has a long enduring finish. It has great balance and is the most viscous of our white wines, though it avoids any cloyingness thanks to its high acidity.

Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.
