Attractive coppery pink in the glass. The nose has notes of musk, candied orange peel, fresh blood orange, sour cherry, fresh herbs and a slight Campari twist. Bitter-edged on the palate with that blood orange note, with musky pear, peach and strawberry fruit. It has a soft phenolic texture along with zesty tannins that add a pleasant grip. Finishes dry, clean and tangy. Engaging and moreish, with impressive finesse for this style of wine, and with a good volume of fresh fruit to balance the phenolic and savoury skinsy elements.

Patrick Sullivan Chardonnay Baw Baw Shire Made from the south-facing slope of Patrick Sullivans Bull Swamp vineyard. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed to a new 2000 litre oval vat. Fermentation takes place over 10 days with full malolactic fermentation following immediately after. Full-bodied dry red, deep purple with crimson hues. Ripe black cherry and red fruit characters on the nose along with cedar and nutmeg aromas finishing with fresh mint and spicey notes. Blueberry, blackcurrant and peppermint flavours mixed with lovely spicy oak makes for a complex and softly textured wine.

Aromatic dry white, pale straw in colour, lifted lime zest and red apple blossom on the nose. Refreshing palate with upfront fruit characters of grapefruit and red apple balanced beautifully with crisp acidity and a rich palate.

Floral aromatics with overtones of white peach, leading to a fuller luscious palate of nectarine and apricot, finishing with a lively crisp lemon acidity.
