It is a wonderfully round, complex wine that has all the hallmarks of a classic Australian Red. Winemaker’S Note: From our nothern block in Wrattonbully. Aged in predominantly older oak to ensure the richness of fruit is preserved and minimal tannin is absorbed. Vintage Note: A warm October and November advanced budburst andflowering by about two weeks earlier than average.March then saw more stable and mild conditionswhich allowed for a slower finish to the season andensured enough time for tannins to ripen and flavourto develop.

We produce product of passion, perseverance, people & place. Tasting Notes: This dry style of Rosé is fresh and lively with berry fruit aromas and floral hints combining with a soft, silky mouthfeel. The palate shows hints of strawberries and cream, perfectly balanced with fruit sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish. Winemaker’S Note: The grapes were picked from a single vineyard, 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet, 30% Chardonnay, then crushed and left on skins for 8 hours to enhance the flavour and release the vibrant colour, before being pressed. Vintage Note: 2021 was an overall standout vintage. Near perfect ripening condition and cool, mild weather kept the natural acidity of the whites fresh. Harvest decisions were precicely made and optimal balance of ripeness and acidity was achieved.

This fresh, tropical style is perfectly balanced with melon and passionfruit with a crisp citrus finish. An easy drinking style, perfect for any occasion WINEMAKER’S NOTE: This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of our two vineyards within the Limestone Coast. The Coonawarra fruit brings great natural acidity and citrus freshness, whilst the Wrattonbully bring tropical fruit flavours. VINTAGE NOTE: 2022 was a strong vintage, with stable conditions and harvest starting a little later than recent years. The crop levels were moderate, with aslight frost in November reducing the white varieties significantly from previous years.The resultant wines are concentrated and intense with great fruit flavours.

The palate is fresh with fruit sweetness perfectly balanced with the crisp acidity that leaves you refreshed. Winemaker’S Note: This non-vintage blend is blended from several vintages to combine the freshness and crisp flavours of young Chardonnay with the texture and complexity of an aged base wine. The 10% Pinot Noir in the blend adds a roundness and lenght to the mouthfeel. Vintage Note: The base wines are a blend of multiple vintages dating back to 2006. The older wine gives some honey characters whislt the young wine gives freshness.
