Domaine Dubost is a fourth generation estate and has been managed by the hands of Jean-Paul Dubost since he took over from his father in 1993. They farm approximately 19 hectares, nine of which are from the village appellation. The rest of the land is split between Brouilly, Moulin à Vent, Morgon, and a little in Regnié. He has been transitioning to biodynamics since 2005 and ferments all of the wines with natural yeasts. The crus are made without sulphur or other additions. Jean-Paul Dubost Beaujolais-Lantignié Récolte is a red natural wine made from 100% Gamay grapes from the Beaujolais Village appellation called Beaujolais-Lantignié. Black cherry and bright raspberry with a hit of heady, whole peppercorn spice, touch of cola and lovely burst of five spice that drives the inviting nose home. Dark, complex and vibrant! This is a cracking example of Morgon Beaujolais, just the second time that a Beaujolais has been included in Decanter's 'Best in Show' selection. This is a complete world-beater of "astonishing charm". A complex array of black, red and purple fruits, velvet-like tannins, with a fleshy, fullness to the palate. This is a deeply elegant wine but not one without power. The weight of this wine is dictated by a dense core of blackberry, cherry and blueberry whilst the natural acid and silky tannins build a gorgeous texture and build to phenomenally long finish. This is a pristine wine, aged completely in concrete with zero reduction, it's all about the purity of the fruit that comes off the world-famous vineyards of Morgon.

One of the few straight varietals in Australia (Petit Verdot is usually blended with other Bordeaux varieties), the nose displays violets, briary blackberry and a hint of cedar. The palate reveals concentrated spicy plum, cherry and mulberry flavours. Will cellar well.

Vibrant in colour the nose shows plum and berry fruit with spice pepper and well integrated oak. The palate has good fruit weight with attractive berry flavours and a fine tannin finish.

High up in the Adelaide Hills, Paracombe is owned and operated by the Drogemuller family, which it has passionately done since 1983. Sourced from both estate and selected grower fruit, Paracombe Shiraz shows wonderful ripe fruit aromas with a delicate cool-climate aspect. Notes of cherries, plums, pepper and spice are notable along with a palate of layered spicy fruit and a fine tannin structure.
