Our small batch Irish Gin is rested in casks made from Juniper wood. During this time the spirit takes on a beautiful copper colour and gentle sweetness. Juniper wood and juniper berry working together, that's what makes this gin rather special.

Slow distilled by hand in our medieval copper pot stills with oriental botanicals and gunpowder tea. 8 pot still botanicals and 4 vapour infused botanicals are combined in the oriental traditions of distilling. Every bottle is hand filled, labelled and sealed by our dedicated team of distillers.

Roku is Japanese for "Six" which refers to the six Japanese botanicals used. Cherry blossoms, cherry leaves, green tea (sencha), refined green tea (gyokuro), sansh pepper, and yuzu are utilized along with eight other traditional gin botanicals. Smooth and oily, the gin has a rich character as it coats the tongue. Theres a fleeting glimpse of cherry blossom and traditional notes before the tea and tannic notes take over.

Grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this Artisan style Navy Strength Gin is made using a combination of 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian Pepperberries and Lemon Myrtle to name a few. Distilled in Melbourne. Brogans Royal Blood Gin is the savoury sensation that is her navy strength gin. Something a bit special, complex with a lingering cardamom heat, at 57.2% it has a bit of a kick. Herbal aromas and flavours from the rosemary and bay leaf are seasoned with Australian sea parsley, saltbush and roasted wattle seed giving plenty of good mouthfeel. Tasting Note Juniper forward, dry, slightly citrus, and extremely savoury. With herbal and aromatic characters of fresh vapour distilled rosemary leaf, supported by bay leaf, olive leaf and black peppercorns, that are amplified by the Australian natives of spicy mountain pepper leaf, fragrant and savoury salt bush and salty sea parsley. A bold amount of roasted native wattle seeds lengthens the finish and exaggerates the heat of green cardamom. A winner in a dry Martini and a Dirty G&T with a slice of apple to garnish.

Our old tom style of gin is single shot distilled by hand using a traditional copper pot still. with a selection of queenslands finest botanicals weve created an old tom gin that marries the spice and earthen notes of juniper with sweetness from frankincence and myrrh, and refreshing hits of citrus from native finger limes.

An award winner, this tripled distilled in a copper pot and macerated for 3 days using 14 Australian native botanicals (plus one non-native). The navy strength is a citral driven Gin that has been tricked up with lemon-scented gum, ginger and pepper berry.
