Longbow Shiraz

The Longbow Shiraz is a blend of hand-selected low yielding parcels. The wine offers generous flavours of black fruit, olive and pepper spice. Restrained oak and silky tannins ensures the palate has great depth and length for a complex finish.

St Hallett Old Block Shiraz

Langton's Classification: Excellent

Coming from one of the best vintages in recent Barossa history, the Old Block from St Hallett shows what careful vineyard management can do for a wine. Rich, dark and conerntrated but with seamless tannin intergration.

Allegiance Wines Unity Barossa Valley Shiraz

Grant Burge Shadrach Cabernet Sauvignon

To retain the stylish varietal model he seeks with Shadrach, Grant Burge used a high proportion of Coonawarra fruit in 2000. Who can argue with the result! A minty complex wine, with depth and elegance.

St Hallett Blackwell Shiraz

St Hallett's Blackwell is big Shiraz for the lovers of ripe concentrated fruit and a generous measure of vanillin oak. A classic regional style, enjoy this beauty with robust beef or game dishes.

Penfolds Bin 150 Marananga Shiraz

The Penfolds Bin 150 Marananga Shiraz is a relatively new addition to the Penfolds stable, sourced from the Barossan sub-district, Marananga. Simply a revelation, this wine is an inky, black beast in the glass with lashings of dark chocolate and coffee accented fruit, yet this years offering shows a lingering, soft structured finish that will see the wine cellar very nicely.

Orlando Centenary Hill Shiraz

A delightful wine that has just reached it's maturity, showing classic Barossa Shiraz power albeit in a more savoury limelight. Earthy and leathery undertones give this wine a point of interest that wasn't there when it was big, young and sweet. Enjoy only with great food and good company.

Grant Burge Nebu Barossa Cabernet Shiraz

Strong Cabernet traits of black coffee, dark mint chocolate and earthy notes, whilst the Barossa Shiraz shines through the glass with aromas of plum, dark cherry and spice. Vibrant and complex, the Cabernet notes continue on the palate, whilst the thick and luxurious Shiraz provides lovely dark cherry and spice with a smook as cream finish.

St. Hugo Single Vineyard Barossa Valley Fabal Shiraz

St Hugo is a story of legacy and reinvention, their team honour the traditions of winemaking legend Hugo Gramp. Grandson of pioneering vigneron Johann Gramp and founder of Gramp & Sons winery in 1847. Bringing his historical vision of not only the brand but the Barossa into the modern world. St Hugo pays tribute to its namesake Hugo, and each vintage they make is in celebration of his love of the land he grew up on, from their first vintage in 1980. The St Hugo wines showcase deep respect for the grapes grown on their sites by turning them into wines with structure, power and elegance. The wines are crafted to be part of your celebrations with loved ones all over the world – from their vineyards to your table. Sourced from a single block on the Fabal vineyard in the north-west corner of the Barossa Valley, vines are grown on a very shallow red brown topsoil layer over an alkaline subsoil. The Fabal is a Barossa Shiraz at its finest, showcasing the distinctive sub-regional characteristics of fruit selected from the north western corner of the Barossa Valley. Dark and structural with underlying minerlaity, this is a wine with a long life ahead of it.
