Marqués de Riscal Reserva Rioja

The Reserva Tempranillo blend from iconic Riojan producer, Marqués de Riscal is made from fruit sourced from outstanding vineyard sites that are in excess of 15 years of age. This fruit is able to withstand the lengthy maturation process in oak due to the fine, complex tannin and acid structure. The resulting wine is classically savoury with notes of dark berries and toasty oak. The palate is long and rounded with interesting hint of spice.

Pulpo Albariño

This wine is made from Albariño grapes carefully grown in the vineyards at Val do Salnés (valley of the salterns) in Galicia, where most vineyards and wineries congregate under the Denominación de Origen Rías Baixas. This grape variety is characterised by its small clusters, early ripening and medium vigour. They are remarkable for their pleasantly impressive fine and distinguished floral and fruity aromas, of a medium intensity and a medium-long finish.

Established by Scotsman Robert Cockburn in 1815, who returned to Portugal after first visiting the country as a soldier fighting under Wellington in the Napoleonic Wars. Cockburn's vineyard holdings are some of the largest in the Douro region which gives the house valuable flexibility in selecting only the very best fruit for their ports. This LBV Port is from one specific vintage harvest and has been matured in oak for 4-6 years. Notes of Morello Cherry and dark chocolate makes this Port a spicy must have!

Chateau Doisy-Daene 2me cru classe

Chateau Doisy Daëne is a deuxième Cru Classé estate of Sauternes located in the Barsac appellation of Bordeaux. Managed by renowned white wine specialist Denis Dubourdieu, the estates sweet Sauternes wine is a fresh lively style with crystalline fruit purity underpinned racy acidity. A fully botrytised blend of Semillon with a minor component of Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are picked over successive tries and gentle pressed, before undergoing vinification and maturation in one third new French oak barriques for 10 months.
