Noilly Prat is the most famous of all Vermouths, a dry, straw-hued vermouth from Marseillan, in the Hérault département of southern France. Joseph Noilly, an herbalist, developed the first formula in 1813. It was the first example of a dry vermouth and is among the golden, straw and white vermouths generally known as "French Vermouth".

Sánchez Romate NPU Amontillado show vivid amber tones, almond aromas with a touch of oak and the taste is dry, persistent and unusually delicate.

Barbadillo, established in 1821, continue to be a very important Sherry producer from within the 'Jerez Triangle' in south-western Spain. Well known for high class, quality Sherry's, this Cuco Oloroso is made in a slightly different way than what is considered the norm. An oxidative process is used to develop the nutty, complex characters into the wine instead of the usual Flor yeast system. This produces an intensely flavoured Oloroso with a rich and smooth texture and dominant walnut notes. The finish covers the palate with a dense, velvet like feel.

Intense red cherry colour, clean and bright. It displays intense notes to ripe fruit and spicy touches, well integrated with the oak ageing. Tasty, rounded in mouth with an intense and long aftertaste. All of their wines are made from estate-grown grapes and they have become renowned for their modern, attractive style of wines which have become a benchmark for the region.

Badiola is a winery in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. Founded in 2018 by acquiring an existing winery, Badiola offers village and single vineyard wines that display the freshness, elegance and depth of flavours which distinguish Rioja Alavesa. This wine is made from the highest quality, selected Viura grapes from small, old, hilltop vineyard parcels (Parcelas) on limestone soils. Subtle but intriguing on the nose and juicy and refreshing on the palate the Las Parcelas Blanco is a delightfully delicate dry white wine.

Maidenii Dry was created with the martini in mind. However the versatility of this style means that it is just as delicious drunk straight, with a dash of tonic or with a larger measure of gin.

What a coup to get this wine into our range. Certainly and deservedly one of the most highly regarded Rioja producers. These are the Riojas from which dreams are made. Think leather chesterfields, smoked meats and cigar-box.
