Snobs Creek Estate VSP Shiraz
A Shoemaker with the finest skills and dedication to his craft once lived at the bridge over the creek. It was then named after his most important tool, Snob, the small anvil used to shape the toe end of a boot. The VSP Shiraz is a well-balanced wine, which shows rich dark fruits aromas mixed with mocha and spice oak aromas. Oak is well integrated and gives the wine a nice long flavoursome finish.

OR Tahbilk Shiraz
After being in the cellar, this wine has developed beautifully, offering a more harmonious and rounded expression of its bold beginnings. The initial aromas of plum, spice and pepper have softened into a complex bouquet of stewed dark fruits, dried herbs and gentle spice. On the palate, the blackberry, plum and anise characters remain rich, now layered with subtle earthy and savoury undertones. The once-firm tannins have mellowed into a supportive, silky structure, delivering a smooth, lingering finish. A well-cellared wine now showing balance, depth and elegance.

Whitebox Shiraz
Whitebox Shiraz has aromas of dark fruit, spice and leather that leads into a palate of blackberries and cedar. The fruit sweetness is balanced by firm acid and fine tannins. A great example of Heathcote Shiraz from a favourite of Dan Murphy's customers over the years.
