A Shoemaker with the finest skills and dedication to his craft once lived at the bridge over the creek. It was then named after his most important tool, Snob, the small anvil used to shape the toe end of a boot. On the palate, the blackberry, plum and anise characters remain rich, now layered with subtle earthy and savoury undertones. The once-firm tannins have mellowed into a supportive, silky structure, delivering a smooth, lingering finish. A well-cellared wine now showing balance, depth and elegance.
