Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 21 year old is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon-seasoned casks, then transferred into Madeira casks for a further 2 years. Special single cask whisky - distilled at Mars Whisky's Shinshu Distillery in Nagano Prefecture in 2013 and aged in Bourbon barrel in stone cellar at Tsunuki Distillery in tropical Kagoshima Prefecture till 2017. Excellent balance between sweetness from Bourbon barrel and its peat character with citrus character like orange and kumquat. Beautiful expression of tropical environment, full body leads sweet finish with hint of roasted nuts and biscuits or custard.

Very complex and unctuous palate with jammy aromas, prune, orange, then notes of cinnamon and black chocolate. Very long finish with notes of liquorice and spices coming through, toasted coffee. A perfect cognac to go with your favourite Havana cigar, Hoyo de Monterrey, Montecristo No2, Partagas D4.

Delicious liveliness on the palate with aromas of passion fruit, lemon pie, dried apricot. Long finish on sweet spices, coriander, cardamom. In short ... Extremely elegant!

GAUTIER XO is a powerful blend of old eaux-de-vie, some of which come from or "Paradise Cellar" where the oldest and most precious Cognac eaux-de-vie are kept. A golden amber colour. A rich and harmonious blend of old eaux-de-vie, combining intense aromas of candied fruits, cinnamon and toasted bread, with subtle floral notes. Generous and smooth in the mouth, it offers a beautiful length on the palate.
