Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Uniquely finished for up to four months in barrels that once contained rum from the Caribbean to create a luxuriously rich and indulgent single malt. After maturing the whisky for 21 years, the Malt Master adds even warmer and richer flavours by uniquely finishing this single malt in first fill bourbon barrels that once contained rum from the Caribbean. The rum soaked cask infuses the aged whisky with a spicy warmth and indulgent vanilla and toffee sweetness, the character of the Caribbean shining through. This gives the whisky a sumptuous sweet intensity that is both rich and creamy yet still retains the unmistakable character of Glenfiddich.

Don Julio Tequila

A small batch Anejo named after founder Don Julio Gonzalez-Frausto Estrada, who first distilled Tequila at the age of just 17 in 1942. Aged for at least 30 months in American white-oak, this is a remarkably smooth and incredibly complex Tequila with notes of tropical fruit, agave and a hint of cinnamon spice. Day of the Dead is one of Mexicos most celebrated national holidays. This unique celebration of cultural diversity is celebrated through decoration, and an abundance of fantastic quality food and tequila. Glenmorangie Signet Single Malt

From the tallest stills in Scotland come Glenmorangies winning release - Glenmorangie Signet. Founded in 1843 and perfected by the men of tain Glenmorangie is renowned as a pioneer in the field and this latest release is no exception. This is in no small part thanks to Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden, recently named Distiller Of The Year at the 2016 International Whisky Competition. The Signet is a blend of Glenmorangies oldest and rarest whiskies - distilled over thirty years ago and matured in a selection of the worlds finest casks, undoubtedly the richest whisky in the Glenmorangie range. Boasting melting sweetness and explosive spiciness thanks to the use of roasted chocolate barley malt and designer American white oak casks made especially for Glenmorangie. Château Montrose St-Estèphe

The balancing act of Chateau Montrose sees 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot and for the first time an inclusion from the recently purchased vineyard parcel of Phelan Segur. Chateau Montrose is considered a top producer from St-Estephe, known for potential in cellaring and considered unique for its style, which is set to 'vin de garde' wines. The estate property is set on gravel-based soils and sits in what is conisdered a microclimate, also conspiring in the unique perfumes, composition and forimdable structure of these wines. 2010 has been spectacular for Montrose power and presence, and will be a worthy wine to drink in a decade to 75 years.

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Rosé Vintage

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque is known throughout the world not only for their classic, complex and artisan sparkling wine, but also the magnificent artwork on each of the Belle Époque bottles. The artwork is a homage to glassmaker Emile Gallé who painted a special bottle that was found in 1902 in a nondescript cupboard gathering dust. The Belle Époque Rosé is a smooth and finely chiselled, subtle and rich wine, with myriad floral notes and a long finish, to be enjoyed as an aperitif, throughout the evening.

Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas Francois

Named in honour of founding father Nicolas Francois, this fabulous wine is the finest expression of the House Style. A pale golden colour with a lively, fine bead. The nose shows very ripe fruit, floral notes and hints of warm brioche. The palate is fine, elegant and rich with wonderful balance and length. Cuvee Nicolas-Francois Billecart 1959 won first place in the Champagne of the Millennium 1999, out of 150 of the finest 20th century champagnes.

Michel Couvreur Whisky Blossoming

A Single cask Whisky produced only from malt spirit distilled in Scotland and matured in a fresh cream sherry oak cask. Prior to bottling, its natural strength 51% alc./vol. is reduced to 45% alc./vol. Dark amber robe with a reddish tinge. Fragrances of Sherry, flowers, vanilla, dried fruits. Mellow, and long in the mouth. A fabulous balance between sherrys warmth and the fresh flavours only barley can produce.
