Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

Gin was first made by Bordiga in 1889, and this gin is still made from the original recipe. Centoerbe di Bordiga is a natural liqueur born from the refinement of an ancient recipe over the years. In it, infusions and distillates of aromatic herbs with digestive power, flowers and roots from the Alpine territory of the Occitan Valleys surrounding the distillery are arranged. The collection takes place by experts and willing mountain dwellers who choose and dry the raw materials that will be infused with care and with natural methods. This is carried out using the finest sugar and pure water from the Alps. The final liqueur is the synthesis of herbs, flowers and roots that decree the aroma and taste that has been handed down and perfected for years. It proves excellent at the end of a meal.
