The Usher Tinkler Reserve Chardonnay was produced from grapes grown on the "Fence Block" vineyard in the Hunter Valley, planted by the Tinkler family in 1981. The vineyard is sustainably farmed, and the grapes all harvested by hand before being basket pressed and barrel fermented. After fermentation the wine was then barrel aged for 5-6 months. This Chardonnay is robust with flavours of ripe melon and lemon characteristics, with a hint of French oak and complexity.

2021 marks the 50th Vintage release of Winemaker's Selection Vat 47 Chardonnay, it still remains an Australian benchmark Chardonnay.

Winemaker's Selection Vat 1 Semillon only ever comes from the oldest and best blocks. The vines are all dry grown on their own roots, and date back to 1923.

COLOUR Pale gold with a fine, persistent bead. BOUQUET Fresh aromas green apples and citrus fruit with a slight toast and biscuit characters from time on lees. PALATE The palate has clean citrus and white nectarine flavours with some toasty and biscuity notes. A long textural palate with a fine, lively bead and a delicate mousse.

The important Sauternes property Chateau Suduiraut lies alongside Chateau dYquem and was ranked 1er Cru in the Bordeaux classification of 1855. Suduiraut can boast a history going back to 1580 although in 1992 it joined a family of properties, including Chateau Pichon Baron in Pauillac and Chateau Petit Village in Pomerol, owned by the French insurance giant AXA. Suduiraut, noted for its finesse and subtle complexity, is one of a small group of Sauternes producers which have emerged as worthy rivals to their famous neighbour. The 200ha property has 92ha under vine, mostly on gravel, sand and clay soils.

This white blend's aroma includes some beeswax complexity and preserved lemon peel lift. Red apple skin and creamy white peach. The palate has crunchy red apple freshness and delicious passionfruit tropical fruits. The small amount of skin contact gives a textural wine and encouraged structure through tannins. The length is dominated by the Semillon and driven by a bright acid tang that would stand up to a variety of food pairings.

The Clarence Dillon Amberwine 375ml 2015 is a stunning representation of the Monbazillac region in France. This luscious dessert wine is produced by Clarence Dillon, a renowned winemaker based in France. The 2015 vintage boasts a deep amber color, with beautiful golden reflections. On the nose, rich aromas of honey, dried apricots, and candied orange peel dance with hints of vanilla and toasted nuts. On the palate, the wine is velvety smooth with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. This Pinot gris by Hugel et Fils is rich and rounded, although still dry, it is ideal with terrines, white meats and fish in sauce. Of all the Alsace varieties, Tokay Pinot Gris has the greatest ageing potential.
