A star-bright lemon hue with a hint of pink reflects the ripeness of the fruit. The wine is bursting with aromas and flavours of ripe pear, quince, guava, cinnamon and ginger. It expands on the palate to become mouth-filling and unctuous but its richness is balanced by a refreshing and zesty core of minerality.

The Winemaking: Once harvested the fruit was crushed and pressed; the juice was cold settled and racked to ferment. The ferment was carried out with selected yeast and stopped with some residual sugar. Post fermentation the wine was stabilised, clarified and bottled.
