Single Pot Still whiskey is unique to Ireland and this exciting example is crafted from both malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in a traditional copper still. The Teeling Vintage Reserve 30 Year Old Platinum bottling is one of the oldest Single Malt Irish whiskeys ever released. This Platinum bottling has been limited to only 250 bottles making this one of the worlds most exclusive Irish whiskeys. Having been distilled in 1983 and allowed to rest for over 30 years in Bourbon cask, this limited edition whiskey has been hand selected by our Master Blender for its distinctive taste qualities. The whiskey has inherited a huge amount of character over its 30 year journey leading to a complex floral nose with deep layered flavours and a long luxurious finish. Ireland's most awarded Gin, Shortcross is a classical style with a unique twist; best described as floral meadows, wild berries and grassy notes. Our small batch philosophy entails handpicking and sourcing the finest botanicals, we draw our own fresh water, distil on our small copper still and individually bottle, wax and label each Shortcross bottle.

A smooth, blended Irish whiskey with a complexity created by triple cask maturing in virgin and seasoned American oak as well as ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Robust nose with pronounced oak spice, rich dried fruity notes, butterscotch, earthy spices and vanilla. With time it develops in dryness and becomes slightly more savoury. Dry finish, earthy spices, and a hint of sweetness. Their signature process involves three types of casks: virgin casks add flavours of toasted oak and vanilla, Tennessee whiskey and bourbon casks add flavours of caramel, banana and butterscotch, and sherry casks add flavours of raisin and spice. Its triple mouth-watering.

Teeling Whiskey Company and Galway Bay Brewery, one of Ireland's most celebrated craft breweries, have been collaborating for years, on what has now become the cult classic "200 Fathoms" - a modern interpretation of an Imperial Stout, aged just once annually in Teeling's Small Batch barrels.

Awarded Ireland's best gin, Dingle Original Gin contains botanicals from a pristine Kerry landscape, including rowan berry, fuschia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather. Macerated for 24hrs, the spirit is distilled in a hand beaten copper still with resulting vapors passing through a flavour basket. The distillate is then cut with pure water drawn from a well 240ft below the distillery. Each bottle is hand filled and numbered by batch. Best served over ice with tonic and a wedge of fresh orange.

An inviting nose where barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel. On the pallet a fascinating blend of Applewood smoke, honey and all spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple. This whiskey finishes with the return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone, which combines delightfully with notes of salted caramel.

A 12 Year Old Single Malt aged in bourbon casks for 12 years giving the whiskey a honied sweetness, rich vanilla, oak spices and a herbal undertone. On the nose this Whiskey gives a natural honied sweetness with rich vanilla, oak spices and a herbal undertone. These notes develop to orchard fruits of white peach, apple & pear. The taste offers citrus hints of lemon, dried orange and a touch of honeysuckle. These flavours will evolve giving way to a silky vanilla palate with a tingle of spiced pear and warming notes of ginger and clove to finish.

The third release in the hugely popular Renaissance Series from Teeling. This has been aged for a total of 18 years with a final finishing period in Muscat wine casks. Offering a different style to the previous releases this is very much in the tropical fruit spectrum with mango, pineapple and citrus to the fore and even a touch of mint and pear drops. A lively and more-ish single malt that is best served straight in a good nosing glass where the vibrant aromas can be savoured. Limited to just 9000 bottles and bottled at 46%.

The Teeling Whiskey Wonders of Wood (WOW) Single Pot Still is a new limited edition series of unique bottlings of Dublin distilled Single Pot Still given maturation in unique wood barrels. The first edition of our WOW bottlings, which was honoured as the Worlds Best, consists of Single Pot Still crafted from a recipe of 50% malted barley and 50% un-malted barley, which has been triple distilled in the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin and then fully matured in virgin Chinkapin American White Oak barrels. The First Edition of this new WOW series is limited to 9,000 bottles globally.
