This Whiskey won the title of Best Blended Irish Whiskey for two consecutive years '20 & '21TASTING NOTESNose: This specially blended Irish Whiskey gives fresh citrus and piny herbal notes with subtle spices and dried fruits giving a lingering light fruit cake aroma.Palate: This offers warming spiced oak flavours with hints of green grape evolving to caramelised pear. As this Whiskey develops it gives hints of cocoa and dried fruit flavours, finishing with notes of stewed apple, custard & wood spice.

Made from a traditional mash bill of 60% malted and 40% unmalted barley, this Single Pot Still whiskey is triple distilled for smoothness and complexity. With no added colouring and bottled at 46%, it delivers purity, authenticity, and plenty of character. Tasting Notes: Nose: Warm and inviting, with caramel-toffee richness, soft oak vanilla, malted cereals, and a subtle whisper of coconut. Palate: Rich earth-driven malt with sweet spices of liquorice, cloves, dried fruit, and green cardamom. A little water elevates a creamy, silky mouthfeel. Finish: Long, malty closure that shifts into cloved orange peel and a background of aniseed.
