Lamb chops cooked over charcoal. A slowly roasted shoulder of lamb. Kebab and falafel. We would. Lifted aromas of vanilla and spicy oak are exhibited in this Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep flavours of blackcurrant and mulberry fruit, followed by hints of nutmeg, lingering chocolate oak and balanced tannin, lead to an elegant finish. Beautifully paired with slow roasted lamb or rich duck dishes.
