All rums are from the bottom plates of our 45 plate Coffey still as these distillates have the balance of flavours which enable long maturation and result in a rum with balance, intensity and complexity. All rums in the range are from Coffey Still distillates and have been aged in American white oak Bourbon casks.

HMS Princessa contains rums aged exclusively in American white oak bourbon casks. All the rums have been aged between 5 and 7 years in our cellars before being blended together by our Master Blender. All rums are from the bottom plates of our 45-plate Coffey still as these distillates have the balance of flavours that enable long maturation and result in a rum with balance, intensity and complexity. Tasting Notes: Deep mahogany colour with honeyed raisins on the nose and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. Sweet with intense brown sugar, créme brûlée tones and balanced by dry toasty oak. Complex finish with good oak integration, caramel and tropical spice.

Patrón Añejo is delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas. All the tequilas are aged in small white oak barrels for a minimum 12 months.
