HMS Princessa contains rums aged exclusively in American white oak bourbon casks. All the rums have been aged between 5 and 7 years in our cellars before being blended together by our Master Blender. All rums are from the bottom plates of our 45-plate Coffey still as these distillates have the balance of flavours that enable long maturation and result in a rum with balance, intensity and complexity. Tasting Notes: Deep mahogany colour with honeyed raisins on the nose and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. Sweet with intense brown sugar, créme brûlée tones and balanced by dry toasty oak. Complex finish with good oak integration, caramel and tropical spice.

The agaves are Earth pit roasted, Tahona milled, Natural Fermented, Double copper distilled, delivering a genuine 25 day Artisanal Hand Crafted process, from a single village sustainable estate harvested, USDA certified 100% Organic product. Tasteful mixer cocktails and delicious to sip neat.

Rounded and smoky - like burning Applewood - with creamy toffee, aniseed, treacle and dates. A curious suggestion of juicy fruits, such as peach and banana. With a drop of water, reminders of Ardbeg's classic fragrance lime, pine resin, fennel, saddle soap and tar. A gentle waxiness, like fragrant candle wax, and hints of smoked herbs. An Oa gives a final subtle reminder of the sea with briny notes and seaweed but always accompanied with creaminess.
