Clement single cask Vintage rum was distilled solely using Blue sugar cane, currently one of the best varieties of cane on the market. This exceptional rum was slowly aged for 4 years and 5 months in American bourbon barrels before being selected by the cellar master.

Wahaka is produced by the family of 5th Gen. Maestro Mezcalero Alberto Morales and the community of San Dionisio, Ocotepec. Its is made from 100% Agave Angustifolia wiith a harvest maturity of 8-9 Yrs. The agaves are Earth pit roasted, Tahona milled, Natural Fermented, Double copper distilled, delivering a genuine 25 day Artisanal Hand Crafted process, from a single village sustainable estate harvested, USDA certified 100% Organic product. Rounded and smoky - like burning Applewood - with creamy toffee, aniseed, treacle and dates. A curious suggestion of juicy fruits, such as peach and banana. With a drop of water, reminders of Ardbeg's classic fragrance lime, pine resin, fennel, saddle soap and tar. A gentle waxiness, like fragrant candle wax, and hints of smoked herbs. An Oa gives a final subtle reminder of the sea with briny notes and seaweed but always accompanied with creaminess. A smooth, creamy texture leads into a huge syrupy sweetness, flavours of milk chocolate, treacle toffee, aniseed, orange and smoky tea leaves. Gentle, sweet spices (nutmeg & cinnamon), some cigar smoke, and a very unusual flavour of grilled artichokes. Wood is always present in the spirit, gently nutty and reminiscent of a carpenter's workshop. A long, sweet finish, with floral overtones, mint toffee and some gentle malty biscuit notes.

The Deniset Jeune absinthe is one of the few clear absinthes made by the distillery. It is characterised by its freshness and its distinct wormwood flavour. <br>The name Deniset Jeune refers to a former absinthe producer, Henri Denisett, inventors of the pine-bud liqueur called Liqueur de Sapin.

This one is at the same time spicy, herbaceous, fresh, peppery and extremely complex. Very strong chamomile notes give an original and typical herbaceous profile to this absinthe, with a rich aromatic bouquet full of fragrances from the Jura Mountains.

Emperor Sherry Cask Finish is a blend of the best traditional and Agricole rums from the oldest Mauritian warehouses. Distilled in Charente stills and aged in French and American oak and sherry barrels. Natural amber in colour. Candied red fruit, sweet ripe figs, orange marmalade, rich sweet sherry flavour. Sweet finish of coffee, dark chocolate and Indian ocean spices. Gift boxed.

HMS Royal Oak has a blend of 7 to 12 years. All rums are from the bottom plates of our 45 plate Coffey still as these distillates have the balance of flavours which enable long maturation and result in a rum with balance, intensity and complexity. All rums in the range are from Coffey Still distillates and have been aged in American white oak Bourbon casks.
