When we think Vodka we think purity. It all begins with our raw material, whereby the waste material of the winemaking industry is utilised giving it an effective second life. Grape marc (waste skins, seeds, fruit, juice) is utilised & rectified to craft our unique vodka. We simply then charcoal filter the vodka to ensure purity so we retain the regional Adelaide Hills characteristics, giving subtle notes of citrus & floral tones.

Red and green Szechuan give it a lovely warm mouthfeel, while the macadamia nuts give it softness and an almost creamy palate. The fresh Rose Glow apples, fresh tangelos, fresh grapefruit peel and dry native quandong add fruit and lift. Rockpools bartenders were aiming for a gin with nice spicy complexity and mixability something to create a great G&T, or classic dry martini. Poor Toms Sydney Dry Gin

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.
