The only two components of our handcrafted vodka are premium quality spirit and spring water. Our purest spirit is three times distilled from New Zealand whey or, as we like to call it, milk honey. The spring water we use comes from two distinct sources from both the North and South Islands of New Zealand. All this makes Broken Shed Vodka naturally smooth and enjoyable. Australia first smoked gin Bushfire is a smokey, unique gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients substituted for our own Australian native botanicals. The individual botanicals have been smoked with Iron Bark to uncover a rich, smokey palate with sweet hints of maple.

Four times distilled, made from whey, pure Australian water and charcoal filtering helps to remove any impurities to produce an ultra clean, silky smooth spirit with the finest taste. Cello Passioncello is a quality handmade Passionfruit Liqueur using 100% local produce infused with fresh passionfruit pulp and sugarcane distilled alcohol. Vibrant passionfruit and crushed meringue aromas on the nose with tangy passionfruit jam on the palate, It has deliciously intense flavour for a true unique tropical drink on crushed ice or an addition to a cocktail.

Capricorn Spiced is a finely crafted, small batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses. Weve left to age in European and American Oak barrels it matures quickly in the tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit. Mixed with a traditional bill of spices that has an Australian twist to it, it drinks superbly straight up, with Ginger Beer and Lime, or in a cocktail.
