This Cabernet Sauvignon was matured in selected oak for 12 months to produce exceptional quality. The wine displays concentrate fruity aromas and flavours of plum, blackcurrant and raspberry with hints of mocha which is enhanced as the wine is allowed to breathe; complimenting a rich lasting finish.

Aromas of blackberry, plum and spice with flavours of rich plum, berry, and dark chocolate with supple tannins.

The 2021 Estate Grown Shiraz is a blend from Tyrrell's Short Flat, Weinkeller, and NVC Vineyards. These dry grown blocks were planted in 1968, 1970 and 1996. These three blocks produce a modern style of Shiraz that has both richness and approachability and pays homage to the classic Hunter River Burgundies (HRB) of the mid-twentieth century.
