Harewood Estate Mount Barker Riesling

Harewood Estate is a small winery from Western Australia totally focussed on premium expressions of cool-climate wine. The Riesling grapes were sourced from 30 year old vines in the cool climate vineyards of the Porongurup Range in the Great Southern wine region of Western Australia. Only the finest, most pristine, free-run juice was used in the production of this wine.

Sam Wigan was born into Riesling royalty. His father's love affair with Riesling stretched 40 years as a winemaker, including winning the Riesling Trophy at the International Wine and Spirit Competition 6 times. Jim Barry Single Vineyard McKay's Clare Valley Riesling

This wine is a pale straw in the glass. On first approach, orange blossom opens up to regional Watervale musk followed by grapefruit, lemon tart and citrus aromas. Well weighted limey fruit is driven by zingy acidity. Somewhat racy and tightly wound at the moment but will develop more depth and complexity with time.

Petaluma Riesling

1998 was the fourth successive drought vintage in the Clare Valley. This Riesling has a fuller orange blossom flavour and aroma produced from a drought year.
