West Cape Howe's Sauvignon Blanc enjoyed a cool ripening season in WA's Great Southern region that has produced this lovely white with real intensity and varietal character. Fresh, lively aromas of are followed by a palate with zesty flavours and crisp acidity.

Conceived as a white wine development program, the Bin 51 Riesling soon became one of Penfolds' star performers. Eden Valley is an obvious choice of region for Riesling due to the higher altitude and cool climate. The wine offers delicate aromas of fresh cut apples and pears with a twist of lemon and minerality towards the end. A great deal of fruits and acidity makes for an interesting white wine with propensity to age gracefully if carefully cellared.

West Cape How Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has a bright and aromatic bouquet with a mix of herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas leads into a palate with great mouth feel, balance and length.

From a single block on our family owned vineyard based in the cool Great Southern, our flagship Ferngrove Cossack Riesling exudes fresh cut lime, pink grapefruit and zesty lemon with a long lasting minerality. Native to Australia's South West, the Cossack Spider-orchid is the common name for the endangered flora adorning the label.

The colour of gold struck through with green, this Riesling shows classic lime and mineral aromas with a touch of gooseberry. Rich and full-bodied, the citrus and tropical fruit flavours are underpinned by crisp acidity.

This is a WA producer to keep your eyes one. This stunning Riesling is sourced from their Bates Rock vineyard. It has apple blossom and citrus aromas, while the palate shows a softly textured, crisp style with subtle mineral undertones.

In the glass: Bright straw with a green hue. On the nose: Mix of delicate white and green fruits, and touches of guava and gooseberry. On the palate: Full flavoured with white and green melon with juicy and soft acidity. A great all rounder.

The palate is lissom and has a mineral water like weight as citrus fruits mingle with toasted nut-meal and caramel. A lovely, fruity dry wine with the distinctive flavours of ripe pear and green plums. Has a luscious palate weight typical of the variety, with a hint of drying astringency contributing to its clean dry finish. A great food wine, enjoy while fresh and vibrant.
