From a single block on our family owned vineyard based in the cool Great Southern, our flagship Ferngrove Cossack Riesling exudes fresh cut lime, pink grapefruit and zesty lemon with a long lasting minerality. Native to Australia's South West, the Cossack Spider-orchid is the common name for the endangered flora adorning the label.

The 2017 Chardonnay fruit was handpicked in pristine condition. Lifted bouquet of nectarines and stone fruits with an underlay of toasty spice. Barrel ferment characters add complexity while flavours of citrus and cashew swirl around the palate to give a long flavoursome finish.

Fermented on skins, this is a textural wine, with it's various components delviering a wines that is more than the sum of it's parts. Ideal with spicy or salty foods. Pinot Gris / Gewurz / Riesling

On the nose this Fumé has passionfruit and gooseberries with crisp citrus. The palate is filled with tropical fruit, herbaceous citrus acidity with a smoky tannic finish.

This Pinot Grigio has a soft pink hue representing this white grape that has a bluish/pink skin. A dry, crisp wine with peach, green apple flavours and a savoury finish. Frankland WA grown.

This Sauvignon Blanc showcases the vibrant and refreshing characteristics of South Australian grapes. With its bright, zesty flavors of citrus and tropical fruits, this wine is perfectly balanced with crisp acidity and a clean, mineral finish. Ideal for enjoying young, it offers a lively and invigorating experience that can be savored over the next few years.

This wine is a medley of tangy lime and pear intertwined over a core of citrus and vanilla French oak with lingering mineral acidity.
